How mumma earns, in plain words
mumma is free to read, and we want you to always know when a link or a piece earns us something. Here is how it works, so you never have to wonder.
Affiliate links
Some links on mumma are affiliate links. If you buy something through one, we may earn a small commission. It never costs you anything extra, and the price you pay is the same.
As an Amazon Associate mumma earns from qualifying purchases. We also work with other affiliate programmes, for shops, events and services mums in the UAE use.
Promo codes and deals
Many of the codes on our Deals page come from brands we partner with. When you use one, the brand may pay us a commission. The discount is still yours in full.
Partnerships and paid placements
Sometimes a brand pays to work with us, for a feature in the Mag, a listing or a spot on the site. When a piece is paid for, it says so: you will see “In partnership with …” under the title, with the brand's name.
Our promise to you
We only recommend what we would use for our own families. A commission or a partnership never decides what we write, and we say no to brands that don't feel right for our community. Your trust matters more to us than any deal.
