How to cancel your membership

We're sorry to see you go, mum, and we get it: life changes. It only takes a minute, and whatever you choose, the time you've already paid for is yours to the very last day.

1. Cancel your Membership

  1. 1Sign in to your mumma account.
  2. 2Open Profile → Membership.
  3. 3Press Cancel membership.
  4. 4Confirm with Yes, cancel.

The page then shows “Cancels on <date>”. Your membership, WhatsApp groups and deals stay with you until that date, and nothing else is charged. Changed your mind before then? Press Resume membership.

2. Remove your account

If you'd like to leave altogether, do this once your membership has ended.

  1. 1Sign in to your mumma account.
  2. 2Open Profile → Settings.
  3. 3Press Delete account and confirm.

What goes: your account, your profile and your saved items. What stays: the record of your payments, which we must keep by law.

3. Need a hand?

  1. 1Write to hello@mummaly.com from the e-mail address of your account.
  2. 2Tell us whether you'd like to cancel, remove your account, or both.
  3. 3We'll do it for you and let you know.

Your paid period still runs to its end first, so you never lose days you've paid for.
