Baby & Kids Expo Dubai 2026: Dates, Free Workshops and How to Get There

The Baby & Kids Expo runs from Thursday 22 to Saturday 24 October 2026 at Dubai Exhibition Centre. Tickets start at AED 55, children aged 12 and under go in free, and our code MUMMA gets you 20% off your tickets. If you have a newborn, a toddler who is about to need a bigger pram, or a school-age child who needs somewhere to burn off energy, one day there covers a lot of ground.

When it is open

• Thursday 22 and Friday 23 October: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Saturday 24 October: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

The Saturday session starts an hour later and finishes an hour later, which suits a family that wants a slower morning. The ticket page lists the hours in a notice box, so check it again the night before you go.

Tickets and our code

Tickets are sold through Virgin Megastore Tickets and start from AED 55. Children aged 12 and under are admitted free and do not need a ticket, so one adult ticket covers a family with young children. The ticket includes entry to the expert talks and workshops, the entertainment and activity zones and the giveaways, but not the Business Summits, which are for the trade.

Free workshops worth planning around

The workshops are free to attend with your ticket and cover baby first aid, sleep, early learning and nutrition. They run on the Medcare & Aster Pharmacy Main Stage and the Mediclinic Hospital Stage, where hospitals and clinics talk through topics such as early development. Pick two before you arrive, because the floor is big and a talk starts without you if you are queuing for coffee.

The Expo publishes the Mediclinic Hospital Stage agenda and the Medcare & Aster Pharmacy Main Stage agenda on its own site. The Main Stage also has celebrity guests, giveaways and live interviews.

Something for the children

The Expo says it is built for children from newborns up to 12. Look for soft play zones, interactive stage sessions, hands-on booths and mascots, with a surprise guest dropping in. It makes the day easier for the one who is not interested in car seats.

The Stroller Testing Park lets you take the latest strollers for a spin and judge comfort, safety and how easy they are to fold and push. Bring the child it is for, so you see how they sit. Getting there

• Metro: Expo 2020 Station (R76) at the end of the Red Line extension, a short walk from the venue. The journey is direct, with trains every 5 to 7 minutes off-peak and every 3 to 4 minutes at peak times.
• Taxi or ride-hailing: Careem and Uber can drop you at the venue.
• Car: parking is available around the venue, and spaces for People of Determination are near the entrances. The Dubai Exhibition Centre visitor FAQs show the nearest options.
