Halloween Runs in Dubai 2026: Kids' Prices, Distances and Start Times

Three costume runs on Saturday 31 October, at West Beach, City Walk and Silicon Oasis: what a family pays, how far, when to arrive and where to book.

Families and runners in Halloween costumes running together along a lit Dubai city street at dusk.

Dubai has three Halloween runs this Saturday, 31 October: a morning one at West Beach, an evening one at City Walk and a family run at Silicon Oasis. West Beach and City Walk still have places. The cheaper day out for a family of four is City Walk, at AED 150 for two adults and two children, while West Beach has a 1 km that small legs can manage and a family entry at AED 250.

Prices are in AED and were read on the organisers' own pages on 27 and 28 October 2026. All three are costume runs first and races second.

West Beach Halloween Run: the morning one

Collect your race pack and shirt between 6:30am and 8:30am. The 5 km starts at 8:30am, the 3 km at 8:35am and the 1 km at 8:40am, so the youngest runners go last and the sun is already up. Afterwards there are coffee and breakfast spots on site, and prize giving is at 9:30am.

A single entry is AED 75 for the 1 km, AED 85 for the 3 km and AED 99 for the 5 km. The Family Entry is AED 250 and covers four entries at any distance, but only for two adults and two children. Four separate 1 km entries would come to AED 300, so the family ticket saves AED 50 even at the shortest distance.

Five costumes win a trophy: Scariest Costume, Scariest Little Monster, Most Creative Group Costume, Best Couple Costume and Funniest Costume. Parking at West Beach is paid, so allow extra time.

City Walk Halloween Run: the evening one

City Walk runs its Halloween Run on Saturday at 6:30pm, as part of the Dubai Fitness Challenge 2026. There are two routes that start together, a 2.5 km fun run for families and first-timers and a 5 km race. Both are timed, and everyone gets a bib with a timing chip at check-in.

Tickets are AED 55 for an adult and AED 20 for a child under 12, and every person needs their own ticket. Children under 12 must run with a registered adult. That makes two adults and two children AED 150.

Every finisher gets a medal, food and drink discounts at participating City Walk restaurants, and access to the Halloween entertainment. Strollers and pets are not allowed, and tickets cannot be refunded or cancelled.

Spinneys Family Halloween Run, Silicon Oasis: sold out

Super Sports UAE runs the Spinneys Family Halloween Run in Dubai Silicon Oasis on Saturday 31 October at 7:30am. Every runner gets a T-shirt, a medal and a snack, with a downloadable finisher certificate. Its registration page shows Sold Out, so check it again before the weekend in case places come back, and read its Event Information section for the start times and the course map.

If it stays full, West Beach on the same morning is the closest match.

Which one suits your family

A child under five? West Beach is the better fit. The 1 km is short, and the morning start means nap time is still ahead. City Walk does not allow strollers, so a toddler who cannot run 2.5 km has no easy way in.

Primary-school age and happy to walk or jog? City Walk's 2.5 km at AED 20 a child is the cheapest way in, and dinner is right there afterwards.

A mum who wants a time on the board? Both open runs have a 5 km. City Walk's is a timed race with prizes for the fastest runner, so it will feel more competitive than the beach.

What to wear

Both organisers ask for costumes that are safe and comfortable to move in. City Walk says so in as many words, and its page adds that participants should be medically and physically fit to take part. A pumpkin onesie that traps heat or a cape that catches a small foot is the wrong call for 5 km. Dress your child in something they could run in without the costume, then add the details.

Before you go

West Beach is over by 9:30am, which leaves room for a Halloween brunch at lunchtime: we compared four of them in our Halloween family brunch guide. For the evening, our trick-or-treat candy guide covers what to buy before the doorbells start.
